and weighs appr. 16 kg.
The projector in a box
(40x40x60 cm) is 14 kg.
The roll up with projection
screen and two maps weighs 3.5 kg and fits in a long
box (178-25-25 cm).
So: one such kit complete would weigh appr. 35 kg.
Air freight costs to Africa or Asia: costs appr. Euro
4-6 per kg excluding documents and imports.
E.g.: a purchase of
8 full kits for one subject would be appr. 280 kg.

and letters of “Donation - invitation or acceptance”
from receiving parties.
We also attach papers to help our pallets to find their
way , like here, with “DHL Air Freight”.In
2001 this shipment cost ± Euro 900 from Nijmegen
to Asmara. DHL is well established in every country
with most efficient relations with customs.
Ocean freight is at half or one third
of the cost - but can take many months and is harder
to trace. Ocean freight is advisable for container loads.
To give an idea:
a small container can take
470 encyclopedias, a big
one double that number.
