The making of 'TTE - Large Screen Presentations'
TTE-Visuals take a lot more than a good image

Each of these 800 CDs (a part of TTE’s Visual Archives) contain 100 digitized photos varying from ‘Alaska’, ‘Atoms’ and ‘Great
Works of Art’ to ‘United Nations’,
and ‘Waterfalls of the World’.

The best image suits perfectly and touches the emotions.
To get this right, our resources are endless: TTE’s Visual Archives contain thousands of colour slides and hundreds of of digital photos and images, including virtually all the digital map series available - from which we can choose at will as the basis for our own cartography. We are members of the online photo stock and image suppliers and work in close associastion with DK-Dorling Kindersley, the world leader in visualisation of knowledge.
And yet: if a better visual is spotted elsewhere, than we go after it. Only the best is good enough for TTE-Visuals.

DK-DorlingKindersley publishing since 1974 with thousands of illustrated books and library containg over 2.5 million images

Creating visuals to serve as memory anchors
Useful content is combined with beauty. At TTE-Visual we can choose from as many images as there are words in a dictionary. However, there is more needed to write delightful poetry than words: TTE-Visual has developed the know-how to design thoughtful visuals for class room instruction - and has become known world wide for quality.

To design an encyclopedia
of transparencies,
from concept to print, takes many steps and discussions. Advisors from near and far are involved - rights have to be granted.

After their initial design
, the concept transparencies are projected onto the large screen via the beamer, or computer projector to be refined. A team of didacticians and teachers optimize the concept and flow of visual information. Then the texts are added - first in English and then in two or more languages. This adds to the investment in time and labour. Colour separation is done in Singapore and then all versions go to print simultaneously to control costs. Also because of marketing world-wide, TTE-Visual’s high quality products are thus made available at relatively low cost.
