Tisanja Abali - Customer Support. A law graduate, Tisanja has chosen a more varied working environment with TTE-Visual. Her practical approach and intellectual talents also for languages, are of good use for customer contact as well as for her editorial involvement with our products. You will find Tisanja helpful and friendly both when you meet her at our exhibition stands and also when you talk to her on the phone.

Tisanja Abali will help if you have requests for information or any questions on ordering materials or the status of deliveries. Wendy Sueters may help you out on this as well.

Jeannette van Dam
Wendy Sueters is in charge of the assembly and shipping of our deliveries. Being trained at UPS Express, her fast and systematic approach helps us to maintain our good name in fast service.

Obviously, we are very happy that she has rejoined us again after one year of maternity leave (as this photo shows, taken in her first week back at TTE-Visual!).

Wendy may contact you if we need additional information to fulfil your order - you can also contact her if you have questions about the status of your delivery.

Monique Jansen is in charge of
TTE-Visual book keeping and taking care of the invoices in up to 14 different currencies.

After finishing law at University, Monique gained varied experience in international trade which suits her work with us. Her keen interest in languages as well as in our field of work allows her to effectively help our clients from schools and those in governmental or business organisations.

If you call bookeeping from Monday to Wednesday, she will assist you in any way required.

Andrew Heritage of Dorling Kindersley
We are very proud to be in close cooperation with DK - Dorling Kindersley,
the world leader in visualisation of knowledge.

Andrew Heritage, here on the right at the Frankfurt Book Fair, is the Editor in Chief of DK’s Cartographic Department, which publishes unsurpassed geographical and historical atlases.

When he saw the new TTE-Visual Encyclopedia, Geography in 1998 at a conference in Liverpool, he decided that both organisations should collaborate.

For TTE this is like being married to the Royal family.

Jan Krol finished his studies in Economic and Social History at the University of Nijmegen cum laude - and managed to hitch hike in those years about 140,000 km outside of Europe, which resulted in, among other things, an international perspective. In the early nineties, he left teaching to establish TTE-Visual. He develops the visual encyclopedias in consultation with advisers and co-authors and really enjoys talking to interested teachers on the phone. No one knows more about these resources and you will be deeply informed if he picks up the phone.

Adrean Larossa and Jan Krol

‘Your transparencies are real pieces of art and professionalism, unequalled by your competitors’.
By now TTE’s Visual Encyclopedias are in use in thousands of schools outside the
English, German, Dutch and Scandinavian regions.

With Adrean Larossa, the Spanish version for the Visual Physics Encyclopedia is discussed.

He is director of a large publishing house in Madrid and former lecturer in Visual Communication at the University of Salamanca. He made the statement (left), which we proudly use in our mailings:

Wendy Sueters is in charge of fulfilling your order: from preparation of the series in the format required, to packing and shiping. As TTE-transparency series are assembled with the help of about 30 part time workers, Wendy also helps them with the preparation work.

The summer months are vacation time?
We are as busy as ever, finalizing products (right), or
preparing and packing the early September mailing
to reach over 150,000 teachers in 14 countries.
Top photo: Ans, a home worker (middle), comes to pick up her part of the German mailing. Home workers pack orders for up to 10,000 teachers and work with great precision. Tisanja plans the operation and Wendy executes it, always supported by Sander as vacation worker, shown here with some homeworkers who are bringing back their share of the packing - ready to go.
